Bond Court and More is Stealing Our Videos-The YouTube Channel, Bond Court and More have been caught by us stealing our videos from YouTube and we have “indisputable” proof of it. Not only are these people “Pirates“, but they are not really very good at it either.

In this blog post, we are going to discuss four videos they “pirated“, at the end of this post, we will include the full video we posted on YouTube about this matter.

Remember, we said we have “Indisputable Proof“.

This one is the last one to date they “pirated“, and the only one we do not have “Indisputable” proof of, but we do have enough to convince you, especially after seeing the “indisputable” proof we have on the first three they ripped off.

If you look closely at the video they posted on June 17, 2020, you will first notice in the top left-hand corner, it shows this is a live Zoom meeting.

Look on YouTube at any of the Zoom meetings. You will not see that. You will also notice that there is no Zoom in the bottom right-hand corner. That is because we have the meeting codes for ALL the judges in Broward, and we get up early to log in and record them. Notice also that it says left top corner that it is recording, It does not say “Live On YouTube“. It will show that a little later, but that proves we were recording the meeting on Zoom, not pirating it off YouTube.

Even their own viewers noticed they stole this video from us. Take a look at the comments made during this so-called and fraudulent “Live Premier”.

That’s what really pisses us off. After being online all day recording these and then editing them and uploading them, these pirates just come along and take it, then actually have the audacity to claim them as their creations. SHAME!

YOU WILL NOT FIND THESE VIDEOS ANYWHERE ELSE ON YOUTUBE!

Or anywhere else for that matter, we only uploaded them to YouTube. We did “Share” them on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

At least not uploaded before ours, as far as these new Zoom courts are concerned.

We mentioned this particular video because it is the only one we do not have that indisputable proof we claim to have.

Now so far that’s pretty good proof, but standby now, the best is still yet to come.

Alright, so here you go, the “Indisputable Proof” we have of the other three they pirated.

The first video they “pirated” was uploaded by them on May 20, 2020, and they showed it as a YouTube “Premier” as if they had streamed it live.

This partly shows their intent to defraud everyone into believing they had produced the video themselves. It would be one thing to re-upload it and give us credit, even if not asking, but doing it this way they are showing their true intent.

Another point to prove their nefarious intent is the fact this video was not created on May 20, 2020, but was in fact uploaded by us on May 06, 2020.

That’s absolute proof it was uploaded by us first. We are not going to embed the video on their channel and give them any more views for their stolen work. You are welcome however to go there yourself. it’s titled Court 5 20 Stream 2. We suggest you do it soon. They may not be there very much longer.

Remember, we said we have “Indisputable Proof“.

Now let’s take a look at “Indisputable Proof” we claim to have. First let us state yes, there are copyright exceptions for what’s called “Fair Use“. This however is not one of those exceptions.

There are four “pirated” videos on their channel, three of them we have “indisputable” proof of, and as anyone with a YouTube channel can tell you, to get three copyright strikes, one right after another within a few days will result in your channel being permanently taken down. We haven’t done that yet, we would have rather they apologize, give us credit and a link to our channel in the video description, but being caught red-handed like this, their reputation is pretty much screwed by their own doings.

We are waiting a while to give other YouTube channels a chance to go there and look to see if they find any of their own videos being “pirated” on the channel. Chances are they are doing this to other channels also.

Again, they published this as a “Premier“, implying they streamed it live. You can clearly see by the two videos side by side, it was not only in fact uploaded by us two weeks prior, but they also photoshopped a black line across our logo and description with the date at the bottom of the video.

This becomes evident when the  3-D screen transition we used begins. These “pirates” did not expect that we’ll bet.

We got them cold, caught red-handed. By the way, using that very small portion of their video is not a copyright violation because as you can clearly see we made the video they put up on their channel.

It’s a well established legal doctrine that you cannot steal your own property. Also, we think you’ll now agree we have given you that “Indisputable” proof we spoke of earlier. We would sure like to see the looks on their faces when they read this.

How did our Logo and date stamp end up in their video? That’s screenshot is of their channel and they are the only people that could have uploaded it there fourteen days after ours was uploaded. Along with our transition and logo, proof they ripped it off.

They may try to claim they are doing nothing wrong doing this because as they have stated on another platform;

“THIS STREAM IS LEGAL.  ALL FLORIDA COURTS ARE PUBLIC RECORD IN THE UNITED STATES.”

“Do not falsely accuse me of breaking the law or you will be banned.  You have been warned.”

They may be public information but they are not just free to grab somewhere else. They are actually violating copyright intellectual property rights by using our logo without our permission. So yeah, they are breaking federal copyright laws, as far as these three videos are concerned.

Later in this article, we will go into all the YouTube Community Guideline violations, that channel is probably violating.

Just a note. Just because you did not actually pay the U.S. Patent office $30.00 to actually copyright a logo, does not mean you do not have ownership and rights. That law was changed a long time ago. We have been using that logo since 2016, we developed it, and can prove dates. WE OWN IT!

The next two videos are pretty much the same. Got them red-handed just like the first one.

Again, they published this as a “Premier“, implying they streamed it live. once again you can clearly see by the two videos side by side, it was not only in fact uploaded by us two days earlier, but they also photoshopped a black line across our logo and description with the date at the bottom of the video.

The third video they “pirated” was uploaded by them on May 24, 2020, and they showed it as a YouTube “Premier” as if they had streamed it live.

This video was not created on May 24, 2020, but was in fact uploaded by us on May 21, 2020.

 

Like the previous two videos they ripped off, they published this as a “Premier“, implying they streamed it live.

You can clearly see by the two videos side by side, it was not only in fact uploaded by us three days prior, and once again they also photoshopped a black line across our logo and description with the date at the bottom of the video.

 

More About Bond Court and More

 

Besides the copyright issues far as we are concerned, this channel is violating several of YouTube’s Community Guidelines. One being deceptive practices and misinformation/spam. By trying to conceal their fraud they are intentionally giving YouTube viewers false information about what dates these hearings actually occurred on. That’s something Google frowns on big time, and YouTubers should flag them for it. YouTube also considers re-uploads to be Spam, another no-no on Youtube.

YouTube channels are assigned a channel name that is usually just numbers and letters until your channel has been around a while. After that, they will let you choose a custom name if not already taken.

It’s also very interesting what the custom channel name that these people have chosen is.

ttps://www.youtube.com/user/vinniepolitan  We had to leave off the first letter, (H) or WordPress would have just embedded the channel.

That name, Vinnie Politan is a pretty famous name. He is an award-winning journalist that was and is again the host of Court Tv. He is also an attorney and former prosecutor. We do not believe for one minute this guy knows anyone at this channel and knows enough as a lawyer not to violate others’ copyrights.

We are reaching out to court TV and Mr. Politan to alert him someone is using his name and pirating videos. It also looks like this channel Bond Court and More is trying to imply that this Politan guy is with them. If he is not involved with them as we suspect, they are probably going to be getting a Cease and Desist Demand shortly considering Mr. Politan is a real attorney.

Another interesting fact is they started the channel according to the channels About Us-Joined Jan 23, 2011, but did not post their first video until February 17, 2018.

Did they just watch for seven years trying to figure out how to beat the system and make a living off other people’s work? Something else to consider is that they themselves must know they were doing something wrong or they would not have gone to all the trouble of obscuring the dates and covering up our logo with their own.

We have a website and blog dedicated to exposing corruption in South Florida. We also have Facebook, Twitter, and other social media accounts for the same.

This channel has none of the such, they do not seem to serve any purpose other than making money for themselves. If you look at our channel, you will notice we do not monetize any of our videos. We are not in it for the money or glory.

It’s creators like this, or should we say non-creators, that make it hard on all the legitimate YouTube creators.

They need to Go Down in Flames.

UPDATE

We had stated earlier in the article we were going to reach out to Court TV’s Vinnie Politan since the channel user name is the same as his. We did not think that the channel Bond Court and More had anything to do with him.

Imagine our surprise when we tried contacting him on his Facebook Page and saw this!

It looks like Bond Court and More may actually be one of Politan’s channels. He is promoting it on his Facebook page. That’s pretty sleazy if it is actually Mr. Politan. He is a lawyer, former prosecutor. and absolutely knows this is violating other creators’ copyrights and is a civil tort. We are not saying for sure that the channel is in fact owned by Mr. Politan, but a preliminary look at everything suggests that it is.

If not, he should after reading this, and we will do our best to make sure he does, take immediate steps himself against this channel.

Maybe everything this guy has done over the years is fake. But that’s just our opinion.

 

UPDATE JULY 10, 2020

 

Let us first make this clear

We are not saying that Mr. Vinnie Politan, Court TV, or any of their legitimate media outlets are behind this. Even though that Facebook page in the screen-shot shows that account has been “Verified” by Facebook, that does not necessarily make it so.

There are actually a lot of “Hacks” out there to falsely verify a Facebook page. We are currently in the process of investigating this matter and when finished we will publish the results of our investigation in a new article and put a link here to it.

In the meantime, we will give Mr. Politan and Court TV the benefit of the doubt. We think they are smarter than this. If they have a problem it’s with the owners of that Facebook account and the YouTube channel, Bond Court and More.

We also want to add we did receive an email, via our website from the owner of the channel Bond Court and More, and they state that their channel is NOT owned or associated with Court TV or Vinnie Politan.

Seems more than just a little strange when looking at that Facebook Page don’t you think?
