THIRD TIME-BROWARD ARMED ROBBER STRIKES AGAIN

THIRD TIME-BROWARD ARMED ROBBER STRIKES AGAIN-A man who robbed two South Florida businesses last week has struck again.

 

 

Around 1:40 a.m. Sept. 4, the armed robber entered the convenience store at 1500 S. Cypress Road.

 He approached the clerk, produced a weapon and ordered the employee to open the cash register. He left with cash but not before he knocked his baseball cap off his balding dome.

This robbery comes after his armed assault Aug. 31at the 7-Eleven at 600 E. Oakland Park Blvd. in Oakland Park and the robbery on Aug. 29 at the Domino’s at 1436 E. Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.

The suspect has a mostly bald head and long gray beard. He’s about 6 feet tall, roughly 160 pounds and has tattoos on his arms.

He wore a black T-shirt, black pants, a black baseball cap and sneakers during Tuesday’s robbery. During the August robberies, he wore camouflage shorts, a black T-shirt and a skull cap.

BROWARD ARMED ROBBER STRIKES TWICE IN ONE WEEK

Around 10:50 p.m. Aug. 29, the suspect walked into a Domino’s at 1436 E. Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.

He paused in front of the restaurant counter, covered his face with a ski mask and produced a weapon from his shorts.

The robber then chased the frightened employee around the kitchen and into the office where he stole cash from a register till.

Two days later, he appeared at an Oakland Park convenience store. It was just after midnight Aug. 31 when the suspect walked into the 7-Eleven at 600 E. Oakland Park Blvd.

He looked around and appeared to be leaving when he turned and walked behind the counter.

With his weapon bared, the suspect demanded the clerk open the cash drawer and stole money. He left in a dark-colored car.

The assailant is described as having a long gray beard, and being about 6 feet tall and roughly 160 pounds. He has tattoos on both arms. During both robberies, he wore camouflage shorts, a black T-shirt and a skull cap.
