On Tuesday, November 9, 2010 I was handing out FIJA brochures at the Broward County Courthouse on SE 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Did not manage to get the beginning of this incident, but managed to get the back end of it.

A former Miami Gardens police chief accused of taking the bait for a "two-girl special" in a prostitution sting was sentenced to six months' probation and must pay a $5,000 fine.

Stephen Edward Johnson, 54, of Hollywood, led Miami Gardens' police department until Feb. 27.

He was sentenced to probation and must pay the $5,000 fine within five months, according to the Broward state attorney's office.
